By using gearscope.xyz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What GearScope Is
GearScope publishes independent reviews of AI agent skills. Our reviews represent our opinions based on hands-on testing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any skill author or company unless explicitly stated in a review.
3. Reviews Are Opinions
Our ratings and verdicts are subjective assessments. A 3/5 rating means we found the skill average, not that it is objectively mediocre. Your experience may differ. We encourage you to test skills yourself before relying on them in production.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any review. Skill authors update their projects constantly. A review reflects conditions at the time of testing.
4. No Professional Advice
Our content is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, or technical advice. Do not make deployment, security, or purchasing decisions based solely on our reviews.
5. User Submissions
If you submit a skill suggestion or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not submit malicious, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- We may use skill suggestions to prioritize reviews without obligation to you.
6. Tips and Payments
Crypto tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Tips do not influence our reviews or ratings. We maintain editorial independence regardless of tip volume. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments; we are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
Our original content (reviews, prose, design, code) is copyrighted. You may share links freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish full reviews without written permission.
Skill names, logos, and project assets belong to their respective authors. We reference them under fair use for review and commentary purposes.
8. External Links
We link to third-party sites (GitHub, npm, registries). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GearScope is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to: decisions made based on reviews, third-party skill failures, payment issues, or downtime.
10. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may block access to anyone for abuse, spam, or malicious activity without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
